We use your online application and competency tests to determine your interest, skills, and passion for Kia.

First Interview

We use various interview processes (PT presentation, Group Discussion, BEI, etc.) to assess your skills and suitability for the job.

Second Interview

An in-depth interview with a leader to finalize your fit with Kia.
A separate English interview may be conducted if necessary.

Hired

The final successful candidates are selected based on the applicant's competency, job suitability, and evaluation results, and the candidate is hired after the recruitment medical examination.

To get an objective view of your capabilities, we'll conduct a reference check and an in-depth interview with our senior leadership team to confirm that you're a good fit for Kia. (Interview conducted in English, if necessary)

Compensation discussion

After the recruitment medical examination, we will consider the applicant's work history, expertise, and evaluation results in accordance with our hiring standards.
